Our first book to read will be Atomic Habits by James Clear. I figured this would be the perfect book to prepare ourselves for the year ahead and make sure we stick to our goals.
Another way I would like us to start off this book club is with a journaling exercise. I would like you to take a moment to think about what your prefect day would look like. If you could do anything, what is the perfect day? Its best to be really detailed with this exercise; times, locations, people in involved etc. Lets start visualizing what we want so when we are reading this book we can focus on the habits we would need to form to get to our perfect days.
