Small steps lead to great distances. The habits we form, good or bad, either aid us on our journey or hinder us. Our biggest rewards and achievements in life come from those small daily positive habits.

Take the time to list all the positive habits you have or want to have in order to achieve your goals. How can we make it obvious, attractive, easy and satisfying? Cue, Cravings, Response, and Reward. Same goes for your bad habits that are hindering you from achieving the goals. How can you make them invisible, unattractive, difficult, and unsatisfying?
