Pup and SUP
Bring your furry friend along for a tail-wagging adventure on the water! Our Pup & SUP class is a fun and relaxed paddleboarding 75min experience designed for you and your dog. Learn safe paddling techniques and tips for getting your pup comfortable on board while enjoying the serenity of the lake together. All dogs must wear a life jacket for their safety. Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or a beginner, this class is perfect for bonding with your pup in a unique and unforgettable way!

Sip and SUP
Join Nepenthe Yoga for Sip and SUP, a 75min guided paddleboarding session followed by a refreshing post-paddle drink. Glide across the lake as you connect with nature, then unwind onshore with local craft coffee, fresh-pressed juices, or artisanal beer (served after paddling). This beginner-friendly session covers essential techniques, balance, and paddle strokes to get you confidently gliding across the water. Sip your way to serenity!

Floating Meditation
Drift into deep relaxation with our Floating Meditation class, an immersive wellness experience on the water. While gently floating on your paddleboard, you'll be guided through calming practices like yoga nidra, reiki healing, or soothing sound baths, each designed to release stress and restore balance. Watercolor SUP

All materials are provided—just bring your sense of adventure and a love for art! This 75min session covers essential techniques, balance, and paddle strokes to get you confidently gliding across the water. Perfect for beginners, our expert instruction ensures a safe and enjoyable experience, allowing you to embrace this fun and invigorating activity in a supportive and picturesque environment. Option to donate one of your creations to be sold- all donations go to supporting the Lake County Forest Preserves.

Mommy and Me SUP
Create unforgettable memories with your little one in this fun and relaxing Mommy & Me Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) class! Enjoy quality time on the water as we guide you through gentle paddling techniques, balance exercises, and playful activities designed for moms and their kiddos. Perfect for all experience levels, this class blends connection, adventure, and a splash of sunshine for a delightful way to bond with your child while embracing the beauty of the lake.
